Case studies

Show me a named project, not a claim.

Four delivery records below, each with the numbers a person can check: signed engagements, live test suites, weekly delivery reports, and a working tool that still runs. Where a client name is withheld, the reason is stated on that page.

Some client names below are withheld under a signed NDA or pending a partner’s consent. Every figure on every page still comes from that engagement’s own delivery records, not an estimate.

For a home-improvement contractor on ServiceTitan, we built an estimator that turns a property address into a measured exterior and a ready quote, then connected it to a supplier’s undocumented ordering system so orders place themselves. Shipped through staged, health-checked releases: 102 order operations, 787 automated tests, 31 features in one audited week.

Internal build, how we build

Bilingual audiobook pipeline

An internal build we own end to end, shown as a capability example: an audiobook production system that detected all 105 English and 104 Spanish chapters automatically, passed 6 of 6 tests, and rehearsed every text-to-speech request on a dry run before spending a credit.

Product and training

Chrome Co-Pilot Kit

We built a browser co-pilot for our own operation that asks for a human yes before anything that changes data or settings, validated it with 51 tests, and delivered its 4-hour training course to an auction-platform operator so he could run and extend the tool himself.

Beyond these four

These are the deepest four. The portfolio is the rest.

The full build history covers the platforms we run our own business on, the reusable AI automation products, and patent-backed scientific computing, each with its own verified numbers.
