Co-Pilot Coaching
Your team learns the system. You keep the system. Live sessions built on your real work, from a four-hour kickoff to ongoing uptraining.
Co-Pilot Coaching happens live, hands-on, on your real environment. Every session builds something real and ends with an activity performed on your own work, so the skill sticks because you did it in the moment. The flagship entry point is the First Session: a four-hour co-piloted kickoff across three modules, Agentic Development, Governance, and Development Life Cycle. You leave with a written plan for a real outcome, a fact-checked research result, your budget and approval settings dialed in, and one real change shipped end to end with the evidence to back it. Sessions also run at one-hour and two-hour lengths for teams that want a shorter start, and a seven-module Uptraining path is available for teams already building with AI who want to close specific operational gaps: setting the environment up once, defining before building, organizing the work, running sessions with continuity, capturing knowledge as it happens, governing every release, and keeping a steady, sustainable rhythm.
How it works
- Kickoff and orientation
A quick orientation to the environment and the outcome you want from the session.
- Module 1: Agentic Development
Define the outcome and dispatch the first piece of real work, built live on your environment.
- Module 2: Governance
Set the approval boundaries and budget dials once, so the system can move fast inside them afterward.
- Module 3: Development Life Cycle
Prove the work is done and ship it, with verification and a review step built into the process.
- Capture and hand-off
Capture what was built and learned into a knowledge base you keep, along with a bonus build brief for your own workspace.

Frequently asked questions
What is Co-Pilot Coaching, and how is it different from a session where I get advice to implement later?
We build it together, live, on your real work. Each session ends with a hands-on activity performed on your own environment, so the skill sticks because you did the work in the moment, and you leave every session with a working system and the know-how to run it.
What do I need to prepare before the first session?
Admin access to a computer and the first account you want to connect, usually an email inbox. There is nothing to configure in advance. Everything is set up together during the session.
How long is a session, and what do I get at each length?
One hour covers a focused start: an assessment, environment setup, and a first build. Two hours adds light governance and a review step. Four hours is the full First Session kickoff: two environments, the research hand-off pattern, multiple builds, and a knowledge base with the key lessons distilled out.
