Terms of Service

Last updated: July 16, 2026

Scope of service

Advisory and technical implementation service only. One Total Life is not a law firm, financial advisor, or fiduciary. No professional-client relationship is formed by using this site. This service does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

One Total Life provides AI automation consulting, co-pilot coaching, and software engineering delivery. Engagements are scoped individually, whether as a single Clarity Sprint, a coaching session, or a phased build, and the deliverables and success metrics for each are set out in the proposal or statement of work for that engagement.

Service eligibility

One Total Life services are available to individuals and businesses who can enter into a binding agreement and who have the authority to grant the access needed to scope and deliver the engagement (for example, admin access to relevant accounts or systems).

Payment

Payment terms, session or engagement pricing, and any deposit are set out in the proposal or statement of work for each engagement. One Total Life runs engagement-based pricing; no public price list is published on this site. Enterprise and multi-phase pricing is available by arrangement.

Sessions completed as scheduled are non-refundable. If a session cannot be completed due to a technical failure on our end, you will not be charged, or will receive a full refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled session without charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be charged a cancellation fee equal to the session fee. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] or by phone.

Limitation of liability

One Total Life's liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in which any alleged error occurred. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including downstream results of automation built under an engagement. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

Human approval on automation

Any automation or agent delivered under an engagement is built with named approval gates for actions carrying legal, financial, reputational, or irreversible consequence. The client retains the ability to review, adjust, or revoke those approval settings at any time after handoff.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida.
