The situation
Most SEO (search engine optimization) audits are either a one-time manual review that goes stale in a month, or a generic scanner report that lists problems without ranking which ones actually matter. Business owners are left with a long list and no clear order of operations. We built a tool that closes that gap: it scores, ranks, and re-runs on demand, so the plan stays current and ordered.
What we built
This is an AI-scored site-auditing tool: point it at a live website and it scrapes the page, analyzes the technical structure (page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image optimization), measures real performance data (load time, page size, request count), and produces a scored report (0 to 100) with a ranked action plan, each item carrying an estimated time to fix and an estimated impact. It runs on serverless cloud infrastructure, so it scales to run many audits without standing infrastructure sitting idle between them.

A real audit run against a live, independent small-business website scored 55 out of 100 and found 61 of the site’s 110 images missing alt text (the short text description that lets search engines and screen readers understand an image), a roughly 2.65-second page load time, and duplicate heading tags on the page. The report’s action plan ranked fixes by estimated effort and impact, for example flagging a performance-optimization pass as a 10-minute task with a 9-out-of-10 impact score. Similar live reports have been generated for other independent small-business sites using the same tool.
